July 3 — Infineon said via its WeChat account that Innoscience’s July 2
statement did not fully reflect the facts and that Infineon is complying with
applicable laws and current rulings. Infineon said the 10 MVCoolGaN™ G3 models
cited remain subject to judicial proceedings and that it is pursuing legal
remedies and a comprehensive review of the facts and law. Innoscience had said
on July 2 that on July 1 its personnel discovered allegedly infringing GaN
products at the Shanghai Munich electronics fair and, citing a Chinese court
order prohibiting sale, offer to sell and import those products, the displays
were removed.
