Yingshi has filed six patent counterclaims against DJI in multiple Chinese
jurisdictions, accusing DJI’s flagship panoramic cameras and gimbal products of
infringing patents covering panoramic capture and editing, bullet‑time capture,
camera thermal management, camera expansion solutions and gimbal support
technologies. The filings respond to DJI’s earlier withdrawal of its U.S. suit
against Yingshi and switch to domestic litigation; Yingshi has also submitted
patent invalidation requests to the China National Intellectual Property
Administration (CNIPA).
