At the opening of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with palladium up over 4%, lithium carbonate and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) up over 3%, platinum, silver, and methanol up over 2%, and asphalt and gold up nearly 2%. On the downside, alumina and polysilicon fell nearly 2%, iron ore fell over 1%, and palm oil fell nearly 1%.
