NYT, citing two aids to Iraq's prime minister, reports the U.S. has resumed
airlifting physical US dollars to Iraq after a months-long pause. The suspension
had been used to pressure Baghdad to distance itself from Iran. In April the
Trump administration cuts off dollar inflows into Iraq's largely cash-based economy
and seized oil-sale revenues.
