Shenghong Technology said at a site visit that some ASIC-related PCB products
are now in mass production. Its Huizhou mSAP workshop is dedicated to 1.6T
optical-module production; the order book is full and capacity utilization is
healthy. mSAP demand remains strong and the company is coordinating capacity
layout with key customers. Shenghong is advancing CoWop R&D and production — a
process requiring advanced HDI and mSAP capabilities — and expects related PCB
content/value per unit to rise materially. Thailand A1 building Phase II
high-end capacity passed multiple customer factory audits and is producing
validation boards for AIPCB products.
