[Zhongmin Energy: Plans to Invest RMB 7.335 Billion in the Construction of the Changle Offshore Centralized Power Transmission Project] Zhongmin Energy announced that its 10th Board of Directors held its 7th Extraordinary Meeting on June 29, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Investing in the Construction of the Changle Offshore Centralized Power Transmission Project." The company plans to invest in the construction of the Changle Offshore Centralized Power Transmission Project in Songxia Town, Changle District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and its offshore waters. The total investment of the project is approximately RMB 7,335,035,800. The main construction content and scale of the project include: the construction of a new 2.1 million kW output capacity, one ±525 kV offshore flexible DC converter station and one onshore control station (including energy storage, with a capacity of 210,000 kW/420,000 kWh), ±525 kV DC cables, control and protection systems, and construction auxiliary works, etc.
