June 26 — Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center’s Huisi Kaiwu (HSKW) platform
said its dual ‘brain’ models, Pelican‑VL and WoW, were included in the latest
batch of generative AI service filings with the Beijing Cyberspace
Administration. The center said the filings mark three industry firsts: the
first nationally filed general‑purpose foundational model, the first nationally
filed embodied world model, and the only pair of underlying core models filed
simultaneously. Beijing Humanoid will launch token‑based services for the full
HSKW model suite and roll out phased API access for industry clients, research
institutes and developers to commercialize the models.
