The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said on June 26 that a
Singapore-flagged container vessel, Chang Yue, suffered minor damage on June 25
after being struck by an unidentified projectile in the Strait of Hormuz. The
impact hit the wheelhouse area as the vessel was departing the strait. All 21
crew are safe; there are no Singapore nationals aboard. The ship has transited
the Strait of Hormuz and is continuing its voyage.
