On June 24 Trump said responsibility for a Feb. 28 strike on a girls' primary
school in Minab, southern Iran, may never be established. Iranian state media
report a Tomahawk cruise missile hit the school, killing at least 175 people,
the vast majority children. Iranian preliminary probes attribute the attack to
U.S. forces; the U.S. has not acknowledged responsibility, citing an ongoing
investigation. At the G7 on June 17 Trump said the probe was continuing and
added, "nobody did it on purpose... mistakes happen, war is dirty."
