Kingsoft Office said it has set up a task force to investigate user reports that
WPS is consuming excessive C‑drive space and has provided remedies. All fixes
are free and require no subscription: change cache/backup storage to another
disk via WPS cloud settings or File > Backup & Recovery > Backup Center;
manually clear local caches and backups (deleting local copies will not affect
files stored in the cloud); and choose a custom install path during
installation.
