U.S. Vice President Vance described talks in Switzerland as "very productive"
and said mechanisms were established to help keep the Strait of Hormuz open now
and in the future. He said Iran has for the first time in a long time allowed
weapons and nuclear inspectors into the country, but cautioned that only actions
matter — inspectors' actual access and permitted activities will determine
progress and remain part of ongoing negotiations.
