CNN reported Monday that Iran said it will "continue to cooperate under existing
procedures" with the UN nuclear watchdog, rejecting US assertions that Tehran
had agreed to let IAEA inspectors return. IRNA quoted foreign ministry spokesman
BAGHAEI saying Iran's engagement with the IAEA will proceed "under Iran's
obligations under the safeguards agreement" and "in line with resolutions passed
by parliament and decisions of the Supreme National Security Council." Earlier,
Vice President Vance told a Swiss press conference that Iran had agreed to IAEA
inspector entry.
