Documents reviewed by CNBC show SpaceX has signed a compute deal with open-source AI developer Reflection AI, making the firm the latest external company to access Elon Musk’s Colossus compute infrastructure. Under the agreement Reflection gains immediate use of NVIDIA GB300 chips and will pay SpaceX $150m per month from July 1, 2026 through 2029; if fully executed total payments would be about $6.3bln. The contract permits either party to terminate after three months from the effective date with 90 days’ notice.
