[Aima Technology: Wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Aima Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. to transfer production capacity and cease operations] Aima Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Aima Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., has decided to transfer its production capacity to Lishui Automotive and Taizhou manufacturing facilities and cease operations due to adjustments in its business strategy. The remaining assets will be sold or leased. This move aims to improve product quality and operational efficiency and will not have a significant impact on normal operations, but may incur relocation costs and gains/losses from asset disposal.
