China's National Medical Products Administration approved Eli Lilly Nederland
B.V.'s class-1 innovative drug elacestrant tosylate tablets (brand INLURIYO) for
adults with locally advanced or metastatic estrogen receptor–positive (ER+),
HER2–negative, ESR1‑mutant breast cancer previously treated with endocrine
therapy. Approval covers use as monotherapy and in combination with abemaciclib
for the same population, giving Eli Lilly market access in China for an
endocrine‑therapy–resistant ER+/HER2– indication.
