10‑bln‑yuan backbone firms and strive to create a trillion‑yuan (tln‑yuan)
world‑class internet company. The plan prioritizes the digital content cluster —
developing national digital cultural IP and smart audio‑visual cloud industrial
parks — and supports innovation across internet music, livestreaming, short/long
video and online gaming, plus immersive experiences and virtual digital humans;
it also pushes AI-driven digitization of life services and the development of
national AI vertical life‑service platforms.
