*ST Huawen: Application to Remove Some Other Risk Warnings *ST Huawen announced that in March 2025, its shares were subject to other risk warnings due to violations of Article 9.8.1 (viii) and Article 9.1.5 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2024 Revision)" and Article 7 of the transitional arrangements between the old and new rules. As of the date of this announcement, the company has retrospectively restated its annual financial accounting reports regarding the matters involved in the administrative penalty decision, and twelve months have passed since the date the Hainan Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Administrative Penalty Decision" (i.e., April 22, 2025). Therefore, after deliberation by the company's board of directors, it agreed to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to remove some of the other risk warnings imposed on the company's shares.
