At the opening of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed performance. Shanghai tin rose over 4%, platinum over 3%, and Shanghai silver over 2%. Palladium, fiberboard, lithium carbonate, container shipping to Europe, caustic soda, and alumina all rose over 1%. On the downside, crude oil fell over 4%, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) fell over 3%, and styrene, Shanghai nickel, methanol, paraxylene, and liquefied petroleum gas fell nearly 3%.
