during his upcoming meeting with President Xi Jinping, US Trade Representative

US-China relations or potential agreements, it remains a key concern. The Trump
administration has warned banks of secondary sanctions for supporting Chinese
refiners buying Iranian oil, aiming to cut off a vital financial lifeline. Greer
emphasized that “anyone buying oil from Iran is contributing” to the world’s
largest state sponsor of terrorism.
