At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with tin and lithium carbonate up over 6%, silver up over 5%, palladium and platinum up over 4%, and nickel, caustic soda, and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) up over 3%. Container shipping to Europe, iron ore, coking coal, zinc, coke, propylene, and hot-rolled coil all rose over 2%. On the downside, SC crude oil fell over 2%, and apples, urea, and styrene fell over 1%.
