At the morning session close, China’s major futures contracts were mixed, with
Ethylene glycol rising more than 9%, plastics and methanol up over 7%,
polypropylene gains more than 6% and propylene up over 5%. BR rubber climbed
more than 3%.
On the downside, rapeseed and apples fell more than 4%, polysilicon dropped over
3%, while live hogs and red dates declined more than 2%.
