Apple Intelligence briefly became available on China-market iPhones, with a new
“Apple Intelligence & Siri” option appearing in settings before being quickly
removed, sparking speculation about a local rollout.
Apple said the feature was temporarily enabled due to a software issue and has
since been fixed, adding that the China launch will depend on regulatory
approval and that it is actively working to bring the service to the market.
