At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined, with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) falling nearly 8%, container shipping to Europe, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), and lithium carbonate falling over 6%, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and plastics falling over 5%, and polypropylene (PP), methanol, coking coal, propylene, ethylene glycol (EG), PX, PTA, and fuel oil falling over 4%. SC crude oil and alumina fell over 3%. On the upside, Shanghai silver rose nearly 4%, Shanghai gold rose nearly 2%, and Shanghai aluminum and soybean meal rose over 1%.
