Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fell nearly 8%, while the container freight index (Europe route), low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and lithium carbonate dropped more than 6%. PVC and plastics declined over 5%, while polypropylene, methanol, coking coal, propylene, ethylene glycol, PX, PTA and fuel oil fell more than 4%. SC crude oil and aluminum lost more than 3%. On the upside, Shanghai silver rose nearly 4%, Shanghai gold gained close to 2%, while Shanghai aluminum and soybean (No. 1) climbed more than 1%.
