Precious Metals and Mining: 1. Argentine President Milley plans to relax glacier protection regulations and accelerate investment in Argentine copper mines. 2. China's first super-large single gold deposit with reserves exceeding 1,000 tons has been discovered. 3. Indian Government: India and Canada agreed to encourage long-term supply chain partnerships and cooperation in critical minerals and clean energy sectors. 4. National Bureau of Statistics: In October, the value added of the mining industry increased by 4.5% year-on-year, manufacturing by 4.9%, and the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas, and water by 5.4%. Agriculture: 1. US Media: The Trump administration plans to expand the scope of food tariff exemptions. 2. The US reached trade agreements with some Latin American countries involving agricultural products. 3. German Ministry of Agriculture: Following the lifting of the foot-and-mouth disease ban, beef exports to Japan are expected to resume. 4. White House: The US and South Korea will cooperate to resolve non-tariff barriers affecting trade in food and agricultural products. The US will reduce tariffs on South Korean automobiles, auto parts, timber, sawn timber, and wood products under Section 232 to 15%. 5. White House: Argentina will allow US goods that meet applicable US or international standards to enter Argentina without additional conformity assessment requirements.
