National Bureau of Statistics: Electricity production growth of industrial enterprises above designated size accelerated. In October, electricity generation by these enterprises reached 800.2 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 7.9%, 6.4 percentage points higher than in September; the average daily generation was 25.81 billion kilowatt-hours. From January to October, electricity generation by these enterprises totaled 8,062.5 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of 2.3%.
